Questions we get asked
What does "from KES 15,000" include?+
STK Push (the PIN prompt on the customer's phone) on your existing website or system, the callback that confirms payment automatically, marking the order or invoice as paid, and an M-Pesa receipt to the customer. It covers one platform (for example one WooCommerce store) with your existing Pay Bill or Till. Multiple systems, B2C payouts or custom reconciliation are quoted separately.
Do I need a Pay Bill or Till number first?+
Yes, and you need Daraja API access from Safaricom for it. If you do not have these yet we walk you through the application; it usually takes a few days and there is no charge from us for the guidance.
Which platforms do you support?+
WooCommerce and WordPress, Shopify, custom PHP and Laravel, Node.js and Next.js, school management and SACCO portals, and most booking or invoicing systems with an API. If your system cannot be integrated we tell you before you pay anything.
How long does it take?+
3 to 7 working days once we have your Daraja credentials. Safaricom's Go-Live approval, which we handle with you, can add one to three business days.
What happens when a payment fails or a customer pays twice?+
The integration handles cancelled prompts, timeouts and retries, and never marks an order paid twice. You get a simple log of every attempt so reconciliation takes minutes, not a morning.
